Licensed since 1987, Nikki Dumas learned the trade at Burton Realty and opened Dumas & Associates in 1990. More than three decades later, she still leads a boutique, family-run office on purpose — dedicated, personal service across residential, commercial, and development work throughout Chicagoland.

Named 2023 Logan Square Business Person of the Year, Nikki is known for working hard, being honest and direct, and using deep market and construction experience to help clients achieve their real estate goals.
