Stacie Dumas is a Broker Associate with Dumas & Associates Realty, serving buyers, sellers, landlords, and renters throughout Chicago and the surrounding areas. Known for her honest guidance, strong communication, and tireless work ethic, Stacie believes that every successful real estate relationship begins with trust.

Before entering real estate in 2014, Stacie spent more than 30 years in the restaurant industry as a general manager and owner. Transitioning into the family real estate business was a natural next chapter. Hospitality and real estate share many of the qualities Stacie values most: connecting with people, providing personal service, and creating experiences that truly matter. Whether she was welcoming guests into her restaurant or helping clients buy, sell, or rent a home, the relationships she built have always been the most rewarding part of her work.

Raised in a large Greek family in the Chicagoland area, Stacie grew up surrounded by food, lively gatherings, and neighbors who quickly became family. She also loves traveling and experiencing different cultures, believing it is one of the best ways to understand and connect with others. That same warmth and openness carry into her work, where many clients ultimately become lasting friends—and part of her extended family.
