Value on the boulevards

Humboldt Park real estate

Brick two-flats and single-family homes around the park, where our clients have bought, sold, and rented for three decades.

The park itself, more than 200 acres with a lagoon, boathouse, and beach, anchors the neighborhood, and the boulevard system that connects it to Logan Square carries some of the city's best brick two-flats and greystones. Off the boulevards you will find frame and brick single-family homes and small multi-units, generally at prices below the neighborhoods to the east.

Getting around: the Division, North, and Chicago Avenue bus lines, with the Blue Line's Division and California stops a short ride east. The western end of the 606 trail reaches the neighborhood.

What we do here: first purchases, two- to four-unit buildings for owner-occupants and investors, rentals, and renovation projects where our construction background helps you judge what a building really needs.
