Logan Square real estate
Dumas & Associates has worked Logan Square's boulevards and side streets for more than three decades, from our office on California Avenue one block from the Blue Line.
The housing here is the story: Italianate greystones and brick two-flats along Logan, Kedzie, and Humboldt Boulevards, workers cottages and frame two-flats on the side streets, and condo and new-construction infill along Milwaukee Avenue. Multi-unit buildings are common, which is why so many owners here are also landlords.
Getting around: the Blue Line stops at Logan Square and California run downtown in about fifteen minutes, the Kennedy Expressway sits at the neighborhood's north edge, and Milwaukee Avenue is one of the city's busiest bike routes. The 606 trail starts a few blocks south.
What we do here: residential sales, two- to four-unit investment buildings, condo resales, leasing, and development with our sister design-build firm. The boulevards are a landmark district with their own rules for exterior work; ask us before you plan a renovation, we have navigated them many times.
